Finals for Dummies

I don't think I am the only one who would say that college finals week is one of the most stressful points in our lives. However, as a Senior, this time around I have the feeling of "been there done that." When there are points that I feel like I am going to die, I can't help but remember all of the other years that I have felt like that.
I wanted to share a few tips that I have figured out over the years that may be helpful to others.

1. Make a list. I don't usually write everything down during the semester, but I have found that during finals week it helps to write everything down that needs to be finished for each class.

2. Drink water. This seems like the most cliché thing, but I have found when I start running out of energy and reach that point of dying, it's usually because I have not been drinking water.

3. Eat Healthy. I know during finals that its easy to just grab the closest fast food, but along with drinking water, I have found that I am able to study so much longer when I eat a healthy meal.

4. Use your phone as a reward. It's super important to put your phone down to get rid of a distraction, but I find it easier to use my phone as a reward for studying or completing something.
